In this role, you will have disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of 10 sales representatives, with a sales focus on hospitals in Northern Germany, where the company is going to launch a new product.

Thanks to your professional expertise and social skills, you will collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing) to develop a successful strategy for placing these new medications.

At the same time, you will daily support your team in implementing the launch and sales strategy.

Your role will have a significant impact on the entire organization, particularly because the German market plays a crucial role in the company's plans in Europe.

  • Developing an efficient sales strategy for the new product range

Your Requirements:

  • Several years of sales experience in the field of ophthalmology
  • Very good knowledge of German, both oral and written
