Partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation who have an opportunity for a VP of Sales to make a difference for people living with a rare disease. This innovative company is a fast paced, and has an exciting pipeline with over 5 products from phase 1-3 and at approval.
The role of the VP of Sales will be to lead a National team of experienced sales individuals and develop a collaborative culture.
The role will involve the following:
Implement a strategic plan for growth, to achieve short and long term goals and set operational processes.
Cross functional collaboration and foster internal/ external relationships
Collaborate with Marketing and Market Access to achieve targets plan and timelines
Forecasting and budget Management
Set goals, targets and ensure continuous development to drive a high performing sales team
Support an entrepreneurial mindset
Implement an effective training programme for effective.
What are the skills and requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree/ Masters
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership within the Life sciences/ pharmaceutical industry.
Product launch experience ideally within Rare Disease, Oncology, Neurology, Immunology
Track record of developing and leading a high performing sales team
US Travel required
