Territory Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Solutions

Are you passionate about advancing cardiac care? Do you thrive in fast-paced, patient-focused environments? We’re seeking two dynamic Territory Managers to join our Sydney team, bringing innovative cardiac rhythm management solutions to clinicians and hospitals.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital teams to deliver world-class rhythm management solutions.
• Drive sales and adoption of cutting-edge cardiac devices, leveraging your deep CRM or cardiac physiology expertise.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to grow market share while building lasting clinical relationships.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and technical resource for hospital staff, guiding product selection and best practices.
• For senior applicants: take on increasing leadership responsibilities with the potential to step into a state leadership role.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in cardiac rhythm management, either in medical device sales or as a cardiac physiologist.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to operate autonomously within a territory.
• A skilled communicator with the ability to educate, influence, and inspire healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable working in a competitive, results-driven environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
• Ambitious professionals looking to grow into state leadership or senior strategic roles are encouraged to apply.
