Medical Study Physician/Manager

i-Pharm consulting are partnering with a specialist clinical trial service provider looking to hire a Medical Study Manager to join it's team in Cork.

Working on-site in the Cork Clinic you'll be working across a variety of sponsored studies in both healthy and patient populations, the group have a specialism in investigations of microbiome therapeutics as well as other areas including nutritional investigations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of participants on the clinical trial
• Complete specialised health related assessments and reviewing safety data in accordance with ICH-GCP principles
• Through collaboration you will develop study protocols outlining objectives, study endpoints and participant eligibility criteria
• Develop Safety Monitoring plans for all studies and train team members on related information
• Provide medical expertise and guidance to members of the clinical project team to ensure compliance with protocol
• Be the main medical contact for the Sponsor and any third parties throughout all phases of the study lifecycle
• Support commercial team with project scoping and providing input into proposals
• Assist the science team with Clinical Study Report

Who we are looking for:

• Qualification; Medical degree and registered with the IMC
• Proven Clinical experience at SHO or Registrar level
• Experience of dealing with a varied population profile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical research trials.

You must be currently located in Ireland with a valid work permit and have already applied for your IMC to be considered for this position.
