i-Pharm Consulting Group Announces Transition to Employee Ownership Trust

i-Pharm Consulting Group has taken the next major step in its evolution by transitioning to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), a move that places the long-term success of the company directly in the hands of its employees.

London/New York/Sydney – December 8, 2025 | i-Pharm Consulting Group Ltd, a global recruitment specialist with offices in London, New York and Sydney, is pleased to announce its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure.

This significant milestone follows a year of strategic investment for the business, including the acquisitions of Parallel Consulting and Apollo Solutions, expanding the group’s capabilities across Life Sciences, Technology & Corporate Governance.

Under the new EOT structure, a majority stake in the company will be held in trust on behalf of all employees, giving every team member a direct, long-term interest in the success of the business.

Moving forward, the group holding company will be renamed IPA Talent Group Ltd.

Why an Employee Ownership Trust?

Group CEO and Founder of i-Pharm Consulting Stephen McAnaney explains that the decision was driven by the company’s commitment to its people:

“This is a landmark moment for the business. Everything we’ve built since our foundation in 2008 has been driven by people:  our clients, our candidates, and above all, our team. 

While we looked at both trade and private equity options when considering the future of the business, EOT seemed like the natural fit. Moving to an Employee Ownership Trust protects our culture and values, preserves our independence, and ensures that every member of the team benefits from the value we create together.”

The business will continue to be led by the existing leadership team, with no changes to day-to-day operations, client delivery, or strategic priorities. A newly formed EOT Trustee Board will oversee the trust on behalf of employees and ensure the company’s culture and values remain protected.
