Location: Paris, France (Remote with flexibility)
Employment Type: Full-time, 8 month contract

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy and oversee start-up contracting activities for complex studies and multi-protocol programs during an 8-month engagement.
You will drive contracting efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, support business development, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contracting strategies and complex investigator grant estimates.
- Provide legal, financial, and operational support for site agreements.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and financial goals.
- Develop templates, tools, and training materials to enhance contracting processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on contracting activities.
- Mentor and coach team members; contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in CTMS and internal systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 7+ years’ sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial contract management and the drug development process.
- Demonstrated international contracting expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment.
