Senior Project Manager (Piping)

Title : Senior Project Manager – Piping

We are supporting a leading global life sciences manufacturer with a major capital expansion project in Indiana and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Piping) to join the onsite delivery team.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of hygienic and process piping across multiple workstreams, ensuring that design, installation and commissioning activities are delivered safely, on schedule and in line with GMP standards. You will work closely with engineering, construction and operations teams to manage scope, budget and vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution for all piping-related scopes, including hygienic and utility systems

• Oversee EPCM partners, vendors and contractors to ensure alignment on design and delivery

• Manage budgets, schedules and risk registers for assigned work packages

• Drive project governance and ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards

• Act as the primary interface between engineering, construction and client leadership teams

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer delivering piping-focused projects within complex industrial, biotech or pharmaceutical environments

• Strong understanding of hygienic or high-purity piping and utility systems

• Experience managing EPCM partners and construction delivery

• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Contract Details:

• 12 month W2 contract with strong potential for extension

• Full-time, onsite role in Indiana

• Competitive hourly rate plus up to $3,500 per month expense cap
