Senior Project Manager (Electrical)

Job Title : Senior Project Manager – Electrical

We are supporting a leading global life sciences manufacturer with a major capital expansion project in Indiana and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to join the onsite team.

The role takes ownership of Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), including power distribution and power generation, focused on activities at the end of mechanical completion within the facility shell. You will work closely with engineering, construction and operations to manage scope, budget and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of all electrical and I&C scopes

• Oversee EPCM partners, vendors and contractors

• Manage budgets, schedules and risk registers

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Act as the interface between engineering, construction and leadership teams

Experience Required:

• Proven experience delivering electrical or I&C projects in industrial, biotech or pharmaceutical environments

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, generation and instrumentation systems

• Experience managing EPCM partners and construction delivery

• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Contract Details:

• 12 month W2 contract with potential for extension

• Full-time, onsite in Indiana

• Competitive hourly rate plus up to $3,500 per month expense cap
