Vice President of Market Access

Location: New Jersey USA- ability to work remotely and be based on the East Coast.

Salary $200,000- 290,000 plus bonus and benefits

i-Pharm is partnered with an organisation which is leading a launch for an oncology-focused product which the FDA has recently approved. The VP of Market Access will be a key hire for to join the executive team. The position is to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the product in the US and globally.

The position will be reporting to the CCO and have the opportunity to build a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and management of the market access and reimbursement strategy for the oncology portfolio
  • Form strategic account engagement plans
  • Leading price negotiations to optimize patient access.
  • Develop market access value proposition and value dossier.
  • Lead the development of payor and channel customer strategy to maximize access in a competitive environment.
  • Provide access perspective to pipeline assets.


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 15 years in market access with experience with launch readiness and strategy within oncology, pharm/ Medical Device
  • Proven experience in managed markets/market access marketing within the pharmaceutical industry with direct managed care experience.
  • Understanding of the compliance aspects associated with market access.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing strategy and managing across multiple markets.
