Territory Sales Manager – Rehab & Mobility Equipment | Cairns
About the Company
Our client is a market leader in rehabilitation and mobility equipment, offering a comprehensive range of products including walkers, scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs, and general mobility aids. Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join their team in Cairns.

About the Role
This role is ideal for a healthcare professional or sales specialist who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
You’ll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and clients to assess individual needs, conduct equipment trials, and recommend tailored solutions from a leading product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals across the region
- Conducting client assessments and product demonstrations
- Recommending appropriate rehabilitation and mobility solutions
- Managing your territory independently, with regular travel across the wider region (within ~4 hours)
- Achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional level of clinical and customer support
About You
We welcome applications from both experienced sales professionals and clinicians looking to move into medical sales. Full product and sales training will be provided.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in medical, healthcare or rehabilitation sales, or a clinical background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing
- A strong interest in anatomy, mobility, and assistive technology
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, driven attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
- A degree or qualification in Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or similar
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the region
