Territory Manager – VIC North & West

12-Month Fixed Term Contract

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to step into a Territory Manager role within a highly specialised therapeutic area. This is a unique chance to transition from GP sales into specialist healthcare, supported by strong leadership and in-depth training.


About the Role

Reporting to the Country Manager, this position is responsible for managing and growing a targeted portfolio of products across the VIC North & West territory.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a defined customer base of specialist healthcare professionals.
  • Driving product awareness and uptake across a range of products & solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts to ensure long-term growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, and Sales
  • Participating in regular clinical training sessions and product workshops
  • Contributing to the successful launch of a new specialist product


About You

This role is suited to a high-performing GP Representative looking to progress their career into specialty sales. The successful candidate will bring:

  • Proven pharmaceutical sales success, preferably in primary care
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • High levels of motivation, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and genuine interest in science and innovation
