The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join the Gastroenterology division, responsible for managing and growing the Melbourne East territory. This sales role covers portfolio of both capital equipment and consumable products used in gastroenterology procedures.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and supported by a Senior Territory Manager in the field, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and an exciting platform for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key healthcare professionals
- Drive sales across a portfolio that includes large capital equipment and consumables
- Exceed sales targets and drive business growth in the territory
- Create and implement a strategic territory business plan
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-services
- Provide technical support and clinical troubleshooting
- Ensure comprehensive territory coverage with effective time management
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reports
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market insights
About You
- Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within large capital equipment or products with a similar consultative sales cycle
- Solid understanding of Victoria’s public and private healthcare system
- Knowledge or interest in Gastroenterology/Endoscopy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong anatomical/clinical knowledge
- Tech-savvy with great CRM discipline and data management
