Territory Manager – Hospital Infection Prevention – Sydney


About the Role


Join a global leader in medical devices, with a strong presence across Infection Prevention, Endoscopy, Aged Care, CSSD, and Surgical specialties. We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across Sydney hospitals.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to develop and grow your territory, supported by a collaborative and high-performing team. You will engage with a broad range of clinical and commercial stakeholders including Infection Control, Endoscopy, CSSD, Nurse Unit Managers, Biomedical Engineers, and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across NSW hospitals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive territory growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a growing and well-maintained customer base
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory management plan
  • Conduct seminars, product demonstrations, and presentations for customers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Maximise account coverage across your geographic area to ensure visibility and growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and administrative reporting
  • Monitor competitor products and market activity


Skills & Experience


  • Proven sales success within the medical device industry
  • Prior experience with hospital consumables highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of the NSW public and private hospital landscape
  • Understanding of Endoscopy, Infection Control, CSSD, and Sterilising Services strongly regarded
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of human anatomy
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and diligent record keeping
  • Driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
