Territory Manager – Aged Care & Mobility Equipment
Our client is a respected Australian-owned manufacturer of premium healthcare and aged care equipment. Following continued national growth, they are seeking a driven Territory Manager to oversee the Sydney North and NSW North region. Role Overview
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent a market-leading portfolio across the Aged Care, Community and emerging Hospital sectors.
Working closely with dealers, clinicians and end-users, you will deliver high-quality sales and clinical support across a portfolio that includes beds, mattresses, seating, rehab equipment and complex mobility solutions.
You will manage a well-established territory with strong warm leads while also driving new business growth across Aged Care facilities, hospitals, and community channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the Sydney North and NSW North region
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, OTs, nurses and aged care decision-makers
- Provide product demonstrations, training and clinical support
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sustainable growth
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor across the equipment portfolio
About You
- Experience in medical or healthcare sales is ideal; however, a strong attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are equally valued
- Confident engaging with clinicians—including nurses, occupational therapists and aged care professionals
- Passionate, proactive and driven, with a genuine desire to improve patient care through quality equipment
- Strong understanding of the aged care sector and relevant product categories
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Science are highly desirable
