Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Specialist with strong analytical experience to join the Analytical Sciences (AS) team. This role involves providing technical support for analytical projects, method development, equipment validation, and small-scale process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and site investigations.
- Apply knowledge in protein chemistry and analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, CE, protein biochemistry).
- Perform method validations, transfers, and equipment qualifications in a GMP environment.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to meet project timelines.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and review project documentation according to GDP standards.
- Ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Science.
- 3+ years of industry experience with chemistry techniques (e.g., HPLC, CE, protein biochemistry).
- Success in team environments and project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Desired experience with Empower3, Astra, SAP.
- Project management skills (e.g., PMP certification).
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
