Overview
We are supporting the development of two manufacturing buildings in Indiana. The projects are currently in detailed design with construction and subcontractor award phases scheduled over the coming months.
The client is seeking two experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Engineers to oversee critical scopes of work — Hygienic Piping and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) — throughout design, pre-construction, and construction.
These individuals will serve as Owner’s Representatives, ensuring that the construction execution aligns with the approved design, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer – Hygienic Piping
- Oversee all piping scope for one of the largest subcontracts on site (~$300M value).
- Ensure design intent is translated accurately into construction execution.
- Develop, own, and manage the construction plan for piping systems.
- Coordinate with Quality SMEs and Construction Managers to maintain adherence to specifications and standards.
- Implement tools for tracking, monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Support design verification, bid evaluation, and contractor management.
- Drive accountability with subcontractors during pre-construction and construction phases.
