Process Design Consultant

Process Design Consultant – 12-Month Contract – Lebanon, Indiana (Hybrid)

I am supporting a new 12-month contract opportunity based in Lebanon, Indiana. The role requires one week per month on site, with the remainder of the work completed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Senior Process Design Lead and User Representative for a new facility project.
• Support early-stage design and development activities, including technical assessments and documentation.
• Draft and prepare scopes of work.
• Conduct safety reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and design firms during the build process.
• Attend meetings on the client’s behalf and act in their best interest.
• Provide support for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in process design for new facility builds or expansions, including direct involvement in the design and development phase.
• Strong understanding of material handling and cleanroom or controlled environment design principles is advantageous.

This is a key front-end design role on a major capital project.
