Our client – a global name in healthcare innovation – is looking for passionate Operator II professionals to join their team in Haarlem. In this role, you’ll contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality, sterile pharmaceutical products that make a difference worldwide.

🔧 Your Role: Make an Impact, Every Day

As an Operator, you’ll be hands-on in the production of sterile bulk products, working under strict cleanroom and cGMP standards. Your work will span the entire process—from dispensing and compounding to filtration and documentation, ensuring products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cleanroom equipment following SOPs and cGMP.
• Perform sterile product dispensing, compounding, and filtration.
• Support routine maintenance in collaboration with Engineering.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, minimizing risks and incidents.
• Ensure accurate documentation and batch records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.

🎓 What You Bring:

• A degree in Engineering or Science OR equivalent experience in batch manufacturing.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments within pharma or other GMP-regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of EU GMP regulations and manufacturing best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch or English (willingness to learn Dutch is a plus).
• A collaborative team player with high personal standards and initiative.

⏱️ Work Structure (with Shift Allowance):

Choose between:

• 16/7 Shift Rotation – Morning/Morning/Evening/Evening + 2 days off
• 24/7 Shift Rotation – Morning/Morning/Evening/Evening/Night/Night + 4 days off
