Operations Manager - GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

JOB TITLE - Operations Manager - GMP Manufacturing Facility

Modest and successful privately owned Australian GMP production facility needs a well rounded people manager.

This role will be on site initially 5 days per week in the south West area of Sydney, NSW.
Please don't expect much working from home as this is a human interaction skewed role.

The key part to this role is to create a newly inspired culture through appreciation for each person's remit on the GMP manufacturing floor.

Bonding, inspiring, leading and making key decisions with the board to implement change for the long term and employees happiness.

In turn to turn out important products to improve lives.

Reports into the CEO working with the HR Manager.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

* Proven understanding and implementation of Good Management Practice
* TGA facility experience
* Leadership of a TGA audit
* Examples of remediation to support business growth and compliance
* Examples of successes
* Proven strong leadership skills and staff management
* Strong knowledge and implementation of Compliance
* A seriously positive mindset
* Willingness and confidence to embrace and deal with problems efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

* Complementary and Skin Care Production experience ideal
* Faced TGA audits is a must
* Change Management is a must
* ANZ direct pharmaceutical experience required
* Eligibility to work full time ongoing in a permanent position
* Diploma or life sciences qualification preferred
* GMP experience
* Medical technology would help
* Setup to work from home effectively
* Strong IT and skills
* Ability to work full time on going in Australia
