Role Overview: As a Territory Manager, you will spearhead the market expansion of peripheral intervention products across New Zealand, primarily focusing on the North Island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market share for peripheral intervention products in the North and South Island of New Zealand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize product penetration and revenue generation.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization and satisfaction with our client's products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within peripheral intervention, vascular, cardiology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand healthcare landscape, with experience in peripheral intervention products preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional qualifications or certifications in healthcare or sales management are advantageous.
