National Sales Manager – MedTech (Point of Care / Emergency Department)
Location: Sydney (with ANZ travel required)
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced MedTech people leader to join an innovative medical device company with ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across Australia while leading and developing a team of five sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Managers, providing both commercial and clinical training in the field.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets across ANZ.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior hospital stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support new product launches in Australia.
- Spend significant time in the field with your team, driving customer engagement and new business development.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on career development and team growth.
About You
- Proven leadership experience in MedTech commercial management, ideally in Point of Care and Emergency Department environments.
- Strong network and established relationships with KOLs in NSW and ANZ.
- Broad experience across sales and marketing, with a track record of supporting product launches.
- Strong clinical and commercial knowledge in Emergency, Cardiology, Blood Gases, Chemistry, Pathology, and Point of Care Diagnostics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across ANZ.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, with an MBA (or currently completing) highly regarded.
