Medical Director – Cardiology – Large CRO – Home based position USA
Overview
i-Pharm Consulting are seeking an exceptional Board-Certified cardiologist to join our client is a world leading CRO as a Medical Strategy Lead / Medical Director, driving growth and innovation in the Cardiovascular portfolio.
As a subject matter expert in clinical research and clinical trials, you will champion Cardiovascular across our organization, leveraging your scientific and clinical expertise to develop data-driven solutions for Cardiovascular trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative delivery strategies, provide scientific advice to internal stakeholders, and drive thought leadership activities. Required Skills
- Scientific and research qualifications and experience:
- Cardiologist with a degree from an accredited and internationally recognized school
- 2+ years of clinical research experience, including hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development experience
- Robust knowledge of scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and competitive landscape in Cardiovascular
Preferred Education and Experience
- Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., medicine, pharmacology, biostatistics)
- 5+ years of clinical research experience, including leadership and management roles
- Experience with Cardiovascular clinical trials and studies
