As a fast-growing and well-established pharmaceutical company, they have a strong presence in the Australian hospital sector. They are seeking a dynamic Hospital Sales Representative to help further consolidate and expand their presence within hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and grow their portfolio of products across public and private hospital customers.
- Stay aware of market dynamics and identify product opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain productive and professional relationships with key hospital stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/hospital sales.
- Demonstrated record of success in pharmaceutical sales.
- Broad understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical landscape, including the wholesaler network.
- Degree in Health Science or related qualification (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
