Exec Director/VP Early Phase Clinical Development - Neurology

i-Pharm Consulting are seeking a Board Certified Neurologist for this exciting opportunity to join a

growing cell-therapy biotechnology company.

We are seeking a physician-scientist with particular experience in overseeing early clinical development projects (from IND-enabling to pivotal phase 2 studies) for autoimmune indications such as Multiple Sclerosis.

The role will be an individual contributor position, reporting into the CMO within the growing US operations and form an integral part of the wider clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of early-phase clinical development projects
• Design and implement clinical trial strategies (FIH and PoC protocols)
• Project lead cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with standards with timely regulatory submissions (FDA pre-IND, IND, EMA CTA).
• Hands on medical monitoring duties, SAE assessment and signal detection for ongoing studies
• Manage external CRO, labs and imaging cores ensuring GCP compliance and execution of deliverables.

Who we're looking for:

Board-Certified Neurologist

Minimum of 3 years Biopharma/Biotech experience in early-phase drug development

Experience as Lead Physician on an Asset Program with accountability for the responsibilities listed above

This role is full time and offers remote working within the USA.

Salary range is between $300-350k basic + bonus + LTIs and benefits package.
