About the Opportunity
Leading breakthrough drug development programs in GU oncology.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive clinical strategy for innovative therapies targeting high unmet medical needs, functioning as a medical monitor across multiple studies, with a focus on late phase, while shaping the future of cancer treatment.
What You'll Do
- Lead Clinical Programs – Oversee oncology development from protocol design through study completion and regulatory reporting
- Medical Monitoring Excellence – Serve as medical expert and safety surveillance lead for company-sponsored clinical trials
- Strategic Impact – Interpret competitive landscape data and guide clinical priorities across the pipeline
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, regulatory, CROs, and external sites to execute clinical strategy
- Regulatory Leadership – Contribute to IND submissions, IBs, DSURs, and interactions with regulatory agencies
What You Bring
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- MD, MD/PhD, DO or internationally recognized equivalent
- 2+ years post-residency clinical experience
- 3-8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development experience
- Proven track record in clinical trial design, execution, and medical monitoring
- Industry experience in GU Oncology
Desirable:
- Prior NDA or BLA filing experience
- CRO / vendor oversight experience

- Strong data interpretation and clinical decision-making abilities
- Highly organized and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation based on experience:
- Director: Up to $280K base + 20% bonus + options
- Senior Director: Up to $345K base + 20% bonus + options
- Executive Director: Up to $375K base + 25% bonus + options
