Clinical Trial Site Project Manager – Sydney
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading clinical trial site in Sydney as a Project Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality research that makes a real impact on patient lives.
The Role
As a Clinical Trial Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of clinical trials at the site level. Working closely with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure studies are conducted to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end clinical trial operations at the site
- Serving as the main point of contact for sponsors and CROs
- Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Leading site staff and supporting investigators to ensure smooth study delivery
- Overseeing study start-up, recruitment, and ongoing trial management
- Maintaining compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
About You
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in clinical research and a passion for advancing oncology trials.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in clinical research within a CRO, sponsor, or site environment
- Project management experience is essential
- Exposure to Oncology clinical trials
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
