We’re partnering with a global leader in clinical research who is opening five new in‑House CRA roles across Australia — their first external recruitment drive in almost 3 years.


This is an entry‑level pathway into a CRA career, designed for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) or site professionals ready to develop, learn, and grow.

Who we’re looking for

  • Around 9 months’ experience at site level (CRC or CTA)
  • Strong interest in monitoring and site management
  • Able to travel for CRA training and future monitoring
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship)
  • Able to commence 1 December 2025 (training start)


What you’ll learn

  • End‑to‑end clinical trial systems, contracts and payments processing
  • Data entry and eCRF management
  • Therapeutic protocols, dashboards, and site communication
  • Regulatory documentation, site oversight and vendor interaction

  • $78,000 base + super (this will increase when promoted to CRA)
