What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex projects: Guide projects through major milestones, ensuring smooth implementation and launch.
  • Design and configure workflows: Shape the participant and study team experience by translating protocol requirements into actionable system designs.
  • Collaborate with Data Management: Work closely with experts to ensure data integrity and seamless integration.
  • Support and empower clients: Provide hands-on support before and after go-live, ensuring successful trial launches.
  • Be the platform expert: Deliver demonstrations and training to users as needed.


Who You Are

  • 2+ years’ experience in implementation or project management, ideally within a software startup or clinical research environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (healthcare, biotech, or pharma experience a plus).
  • A passion for healthcare technology and a drive to solve interesting problems.
  • A clear communicator who can break down complex ideas and inspire action.
  • A team player who thrives in small, dynamic teams and is excited to learn and grow.
