Cell Therapy Specialist - Netherlands

Pay Rate: €44,000 - €48,000/annum

Contract Length: 12 Months (extension possible)

Shift work: 4 days on/2 days off

Our client, a leading global biotechnology company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their innovative T cell therapy team for cancer treatment in a state-of-the-art facility in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare media, stage materials, handle waste, deliver samples, inspect, and cryopreserve drug products in a cGMP facility.
• Ensure adequate supply of components to follow the production schedule.
• Perform manufacturing tasks according to batch records and SOPs in B, D, and CNC grade areas.
• Collaborate with Product Sciences, Material Management, and Quality Assurance & Control to execute GMP runs.
• Optimize SOPs and Batch records, revise Manufacturing Batch Records, SOPs, WIs to support process improvements and maintain GMP compliance.
• Assist in investigations and managing deviations.
• Maintain cleanroom in optimal state.
• Continuously improve processes to increase quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• MBO and/or Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cell therapy products and/or cell culture processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of biotechnology product manufacturing, aseptic processing, and cell culture products.
• Experience handling and propagating human primary cells, including T cells.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis.
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
