An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a scaling company in the aesthetics industry, ahead of a major product launch early this year.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join an expanding national sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of a highly anticipated new product launch in the Australian aesthetics market. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a Western Australia / Perth territory, working closely with clinics, doctors, and nurse injectors to promote a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, clinics, and nurse injectors.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and training sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
About You
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Experience in the aesthetics, medical device, or cosmeceutical sectors is highly desirable.
- Nursing background (especially with injecting experience) is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Current driver’s license required.
