i-Pharm Consulting are supporting a global health non-profit organisation with a mission to promote the establishment of regional based manufacturing and supply chain networks to ensure equitable access to vaccines.
Due to continued growth of the organisation and in support of the next stage of strategic goals, we are seeking candidates for the position of ASEAN regional technical lead.
This fixed term contract (until 31st December 2027) position will work as an individual contributor within the ASEAN region and be a technical lead on providing recommendations and insights of the local vaccine manufacturing ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and insights on the ASEAN vaccine manufacturing ecosystem to inform policy and strategic interventions
- Lead on providing support to manufacturers on business planning, market entry and pricing strategies
- Develop and manage partnerships with donors, health agencies and industry stakeholders to strengthen regional vaccine sector
- Facilitate resource mobilisation across public, private and philanthropic sectors
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of financing interventions on vaccine access and equity
- Assist with regional strategy development, implementation of workplans and governance support
Who we are looking for:
- Degree educated in Biomedical Sciences (or related field)
- Experience of LMIC region-based project leadership in the global health/vaccines landscape
- Senior technical leadership experience in vaccine manufacturing and supply chain/business development/regulatory
- ASEAN region projects experience
This position will be working remotely from within the ASEAN region, with international travel at approximately 15-20% expected
