Account Manager – Oncology - Victoria and Tasmania
Drive growth in an innovative medical technology space
We are working with a leading medical device company to recruit an experienced Account Manager to lead sales growth across Victoria and Tasmania. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospital-based, clinical sales environment and is passionate about making an impact in the cancer treatment space.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales by increasing usage at existing hospital sites and supporting new site development
- Expand referral networks by engaging with Oncologists, Gastroenterologists, Surgeons, and other specialists
- Identify and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Manage the territory through strategic planning, regular customer visits, and accurate reporting
- Attend hospital procedures and multidisciplinary meetings to support clinical teams
- Organise and participate in training sessions, meetings, and seminars
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum three to five years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Sales-driven, energetic, and adaptable professional with a genuine passion for healthcare
- Tertiary qualifications in science or a related field
- Proven success in a hospital sales environment
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to present complex information clearly
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
- Ability to travel regularly across Victoria and Tasmania
