Partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation who have an opportunity for a VP of Sales to make a difference for people living with a rare disease. This innovative company is a fast paced, and has an exciting pipeline with over 5 products from phase 1-3 and at approval.
 
The role of the VP of Sales will be to lead a National team of experienced sales individuals and develop a collaborative culture.

The role will involve the following:
  • Implement a strategic plan for growth, to achieve short and long term goals and set operational processes.
  • Cross functional collaboration and foster internal/ external relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Market Access to achieve targets plan and timelines
  • Forecasting and budget Management
  • Set goals, targets and ensure continuous development to drive a high performing sales team
  • Support an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Implement an effective training programme for effective.
What are the skills and requirements for the role:
  • Bachelor's degree/ Masters
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership within the Life sciences/ pharmaceutical industry.
  • Product launch experience ideally within Rare Disease, Oncology, Neurology, Immunology
  • Track record of developing and leading a high performing sales team
  • US Travel required
