Senior Quality Assurance Associate

Based in Hounslow/ West London

GDP experience is a requirement

Salary range £40,000-45,000 plus company/ personal bonus, flexible hybrid working, pension and well-being benefits.

We are partnered with a leading medical consultancy to support the development of the growing team. The role is for a Senior QA with experience working with a range of products, clients, suppliers, and customers.

The role will be to ensure compliance to relevant Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices for importation, storage, and supply of medicinal product.

The role will be joining the UK team, as a senior individual contributor and part of a global team.

Other essential responsibilities include:

• Management of GMP and GDP compliance
• Management of complaints, CAPAs, risk assessments, and validation protocols
• Review and manage the QMS system
• Able to manage non-compliance issues and escalate when needed
• Have experience in the management of recalls
• Deal with customer, supplier, and vendor approvals, including periodic requalification.
• You will be part of the internal and supplier audit process.
• Lead change controls
• To apply for the position the requirement will be that you are able to travel to West London site and to supplier sites.
• It is a must that you have GMP and GDP experience.

The role will be joining a team which is integral to the business and requires strong communication skills. The team are close-knit, approachable, pulls together when needed and communicates with the USA side of the business. Being a key lead is important for this position.

Again the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate business needs to drive projects with minimal support from management is a key element for this role as a Senior QA.
