The Role of a Recruitment Business Development Manager:

i-Pharm Consulting's New York Team is looking to expand, and we want to add a Client Services Manager with experience in agency contract recruitment and with a strong background in business development. As a Client Services Manager you will be partnering with clients for large-scale hiring projects, as well as, generating new clients and building profitable desks.

As this is a position that requires building long term client partnerships, it would be desirable to have experience of generating scope of work projects and an in depth understanding of contracts recruitment. You will not be required to source your own candidates as we have a delivery function that will support you in projects you generate.

Duties of a Recruitment Business Development Manager:

  • Building client partnerships via phone, email or face-to-face.
  • Ensuring high quality service is given to clients and act as a key point of contact.
  • Analysing accounts and monitoring performance and providing this information both internally and externally.
  • Partnering with our delivery function to ensure that we are delivering on projects on time.
  • Working towards financial targets and goals.
