The contingent permanent recruitment model is most suited for junior through to mid-management level positions. A fee becomes due only in the event of a successful placement. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who specializes in the specific functional area and location relevant to your role. We will source and provide a short-list of the best available candidates and will manage the process for you, from initial briefing through to job offer management.
The individuals are typically experts in their field who can hit the ground running, and always come fully-reference checked. This solution is highly flexible and is often the most cost-effective solution for short-term projects or highly-specialized roles. It’s also a practical solution if your organization cannot hire a permanent employee (e.g. in a country where you don’t yet have a legal entity established, or when there is a freeze on permanent headcount).
For senior management, executive level, or highly specialized positions, an executive or “retained” search is likely to be the most appropriate recruitment model. With this approach, i-Pharm will assign a dedicated team exclusively to your search. Our methodology involves mapping out the market per your brief and providing you with a long list of potential candidates. We then invest significant time and resources to reducing this down to a shortlist of the very best available and interested candidates for you to interview. In return, the client works with i-Pharm exclusively and a portion of the total fee is paid at the beginning of the search.
