Our Objective.

 

At i-Pharm, learning & development is available to all staff, at every level, nurturing support at each stage of your career.

The Training team is located in our London Headquarters, providing development on a global scale to our Sydney, Munich, New York and London employees. 

We believe our people may have the same vision, but learn differently. Our offices provides upskilled, native speaking managers to deliver coaching and development on desk in each region. These are all in tandem with the core i-Pharm offering and helps us continue to provide market leading training around the world.

Our Method.

As an employee of i-Pharm consulting, we believe in providing be-spoke training to each individual. We do not adopt a "one-size fits all" mentality.

Our Levels of Training.

Training at i-Pharm goes beyond sales. Our training offering is split into five categories dependant on your skill level. These are;

  • Foundations.

    Aimed at developing your recruitment expertise and fundamental skills to provide you with the tools to be a recruiting expert and build a successful career. The duration is between 8-12 weeks, depending on candidate only or 360 focus. 

  • Advanced.

    Designed to advance your sales skills throughout your career as you become more experienced and look to increase performance in particular areas of your role. Various offerings including a 12 week Client Skills programme, 3 hour courses and 1 hour workshops. 

  • Leadership.

    We identify and nurture the high-potential of those ready to make the transition into the management path through our 12 week leadership series training programme.

  • Systems & Training.

    Development support on system tools, infrastructure and regulations within our industry. External providers engaged to continuously bring our people to the most relevant and up to date market standards.  

  • Market Training.

    The Life Sciences sector is vast and detailed. Each of our consultants works within one of our nine functional specialisms. We provide market-specific training to all new starters, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge required to succeed with candidates and clients. Market training is a combination of online modules, subject matter experts and detailed material provided.
