Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to promote the range of coronary intervention, structural heart products, and peripheral and radiology interventions in Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily promotional visits to cath labs and doctors' rooms to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Acquire and continually update knowledge of our products, competitors' offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
  • Establish and act on selling opportunities by understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide on-site support during peripheral and/or coronary intervention procedures, offering technical and clinical expertise to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and explain the benefits and features to healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Cardiology-trained pharmaceutical representative or cardiac/cath lab/peripheral intervention nurse looking to transition into a commercial medical device role.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' work experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the cardiology, coronary intervention or peripheral vascular space.
  • Network: Existing network within the peripheral vascular space is highly regarded.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical support skills in coronary and peripheral intervention procedures.
    • Proven track record in medical device sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage territory activities effectively.
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a proactive attitude towards achieving business goals.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
