RA Associate, Regulatory Affairs Associate

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory standards while also contributing to the broader operations of the business. As the company expands, your expertise in regulatory affairs will be essential in navigating the complexities of the medicinal cannabis industry, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all regulatory operations, including the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documentation for product approvals.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and ensure company compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support during inspections and audits.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to facilitate product approvals and market entry.
  • Contribute to other areas of the business as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards in the pharmaceutical or medicinal cannabis industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
