At the forefront of medical innovation, Our client is transforming healthcare with cutting-edge devices. They are looking for an experienced R&D Engineer that is yearning to join a team where you will be able to apply your passion for creative problem solving at all stages of the design process.


  • Innovate, prototype, and enhance impactful medical devices that transform treatment approaches for complex medical conditions.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation packages encompassing CAD drawings, test protocols, reports, studies, work instructions, risk assessments, and more.
  • Formulate testing protocols and execute tests to minimize clinical risks across various medical device concepts.
  • Serve as the R&D Engineering representative within cross-functional teams dedicated to design control activities, ultimately facilitating device submissions to global regulatory bodies.
  • Verify compliance with relevant regulatory mandates and uphold stringent quality control standards for medical device development.


  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Scientific field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, with a preference for experience in medical devices and drug/device combinations.
  • Demonstrated interest in orchestrating and conveying project tasks within a cross-functional setting, with prior project management experience being advantageous but not obligatory.
  • A deep passion for resolving practical, multi-faceted technical design challenges. A portfolio showcasing strong engineering proficiency and mechanical insight.
  • Proficiency in articulating intricate matters clearly and persuasively, both in written and verbal forms.
