i-Pharm Consulting is looking for a MedTech/Commercial Recruitment Team Lead to recruit for the US, East Coast market, requiring US working hours. This role offers hands-on recruitment as the core focus, with leadership responsibilities that will grow as you succeed. You'll have the opportunity to build and take ownership of your own desk, with clear progression into senior leadership. We offer an uncapped commission structure where you earn on everything you bill, and you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team culture in our dynamic London office. Duties of a MedTech Recruitment Team Lead:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
