Launch - National Account Manager - Czech Republic

On behalf of my client, a global pharmaceutical company who has been being since 50 years on the market, I am currently looking for a new Key Account Manager (m/w/d), who can take over the responsibility of the territory of Czech Republic for the launch of new medicinal products.

In this role, you will on one hand be liaising with various stakeholders such as pharmaceutical wholesalers, selecting the best ones to ensure faster drug delivery to retail pharmacies, resulting in a stronger market position for the company.

On the other hand, you will also play an important role in developing or refining the pricing and marketing strategy by collaborating with various departments (e.g., marketing, market access stakeholders, etc.) in market research.

The combination of these two areas results in a very diverse role, differentiating itself from both a traditional KAM position and a typical marketing role.

In my opinion this versatility makes the position interesting in the long term, because your day-to-day activities will never be monotonous, while also allowing you to make significant contributions within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, especially wholesalers and retail pharmacies
  • Understand clients`needs, objectives, and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to meet client needs
  • Align account strategies with the overall company goals and objectives.

Location: Czech Republic or Slovakia. This is a remote position.

Contract Type: Permanent role. You will directly hired by my client

Mandatory Requirements for the Candidacy:

  • Several years of experience in a commercial role focused on placing Rx or OTC in retail pharmacies within the territory of Czech Republic
  • Czech language on mother tongue level, both written and spoken
  • English language on business level
