i-Pharm Consulting is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant with a background in resourcing or delivery for key accounts. The Delivery Consultant will work within our GxP/Delivery Team sourcing Life Sciences professionals for clients based in the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant who want to move away from new business development, or for someone who enjoys the candidate management side of recruitment.
Duties of a Delivery Consultant:
- Delivery of mid-to-senior level staff within the Life Sciences sector
- It would be a preference, but not essential, if the Delivery Consultant has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences sector
- Previous experience of recruiting across both the permanent and contract recruitment markets
- As a Delivery Consultant you will have previous experience of working with existing client relationships, and helping to expand those relationships into further business opportunities
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing suitable candidates through to placement
