We are seeking a passionate Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with an interest in oncology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and at least 12 months experience independent monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper study conduct, data integrity, and patient safety.
  • Monitor data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
  • Ensure all clinical activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with investigators, site staff, and other research team members to ensure successful study execution.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate study documentation, including monitoring reports, study logs, and regulatory documents.
  • Interface with study participants, providing information and support as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, pharmacy). Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
