Job Title: Clinical Program Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid 3 days onsite per week

Salary: €60 - €70 per hour, 39 hours per week


Join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry as a Clinical Program Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Clinical Operations team in Dublin, contributing to the management and execution of Paediatric Clinical Trials globally across various therapeutic areas.


  • Provide guidance and oversight for the successful management of international clinical trials within designated program budgets and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional study management teams, ensuring consistent execution of program requirements across studies.
  • Manage study resources and provide career development and guidance to direct reports.
  • Develop and progress Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage selection and oversight of CROs/vendors.
  • Write study protocols, reports, sections for investigator brochures, and regulatory documents with little supervision.
  • Anticipate obstacles and implement solutions to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the development of abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts.
  • Participate in departmental or interdepartmental strategic initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or RN qualification.
  • Minimum of seven years relevant clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams, driving performance and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, implement, manage, and complete clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in project management and managing studies or programs of greater complexity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
