🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week

📅 Contract: 11 months

💶 Pay: €30–€36/hour

Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Change Control Lead to join a high-impact strategic project at their Co. Tipperary site. This role is central to ensuring GMP compliance and driving quality improvements across engineering and production operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage change control processes across systems and functions
• Lead GMP and non-GMP change activities (Vault QMS, Enablon, IPI)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess, plan, and execute change
• Maintain audit-readiness and regulatory compliance
• Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities
• Support safety and quality initiatives across the project

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in a science or engineering discipline
• 3–8 years’ experience in a GMP/GDP environment
• Strong change control/documentation skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving ability
• Experience with digital systems and project delivery
