Business Development Manager - ANZ - Coronary MedTech

Our client is an Australian MedTech company pioneering innovative technologies in the assessment and treatment of coronary artery disease. Due to strong growth plans throughout ANZ and APAC, we require an experienced and credible Business Development professional to drive business expansion with a strong focus on the Eastern seaboard. Travel will also be required throughout APAC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

We require an experienced Business Development professional to join an Australian company specializing in solutions to treat coronary artery disease. Out client uses cutting edge technology to detect and diagnose coronary artery disease recognising plaques, stenosis and calcification. The most suitable candidate will have demonstrable experience in the coronary space with a strong relevant network of KOLs throughout ANZ.

Your focus is to grow the business within your assigned remit through networking and relationship building. You will use your previous experience and network including, KOLs, Health Care Groups, Senior Procurement leaders etc. to introduce our product and grow awareness within the market. You will establish sales strategies and develop relationships with relevant KOLs in the coronary space. Working with commercial and technical teams you will establish and develop key partnerships within the APAC region growing revenue.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional connections in coronary space and be confident of growing business in from day one. Previous experience working in the MedTech space launching new products and developing new business is highly favoured.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience developing business in the MedTech space is essential
  • Strong exposure to coronary with a clear network of KOLs in ANZ
  • Previous experience selling coronary products with strong clinical expertise
  • Strong business acumen and ability to launch new products and develop business in ANZ or APAC
  • Available to travel at least 40% of the time throughout APAC and abroad
  • At least 10 years industry experience with 5+ years in a senior Business Development or Managerial position
  • Driven professional with the desire to succeed and can-do attitude
