Director of Clinical Operations for the Netherlands required by major Global CRO. This role can be office-based (Amsterdam) OR home-based. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior manager to further develop their career with a genuine industry leader.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION
Leadership of Clinical Operation function of major Global CRO in the Netherlands region
Directing the process of hiring and retention of Clinical Operations staff and developing processes for “onboarding” of staff
Act as a coach and mentor for team of line managers (Clinical Study Managers, Study Directors etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
12+ yrs Clinical Research experience
10+ yrs leadership experience in a Clinical Research role
Outstanding leadership qualities and first class communication & interpersonal skills
