Job Description
Our client, a leading global CRO (Contract Research Organisation), has a great opportunity to join their medical information team.
The role:
The successful candidate will be liaising with external partners, working and responding to enquiries according to protocols and GCP, reporting serious adverse events.
Ideally from a pharmacist/nursing or medical background and have solid experience in your relative field. A life science degree with significant pharmaceutical experience would be equally as good.
Essentially, the candidate must be fluent in written and verbal English and French as you will be a support for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and be effective in time management and organisation.
Qualifications and skills:
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or Nursing is preferred. Alternatively a life science degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Exceptional knowledge of both written and spoken English and French is essential.
Familiarity with MS Office
