The i-Pharm Healthcare Division contains a dedicated team which focuses solely on Clinical Coding recruitment within the UK and Ireland. This team comprises a number of experienced consultants, each of whom have at least 3 years experience in Clinical Coding recruitment.

Our Clinical Coding training and development courses are indicative of our tailored personal approach, and our ongoing commitment to both our clients and candidates. We want to form long-lasting business relationships with our candidates and to see them grow, improve, and develop as Clinical Coders. If you don’t have the ACC we will work with you to get it, we also commit to offering our contractors annual Refresher Courses.

Our Knowledge
Our Clinical Coding Team is comprised of consultants who have worked directly in clinical coding recruitment for at least 3 years. We have a deep understanding of Clinical Coding and procedural changes, Coding Specialties, National Standards, Payment by Results (PbR), the role of Connecting for Health (CfH), and the various Clinical Coding Systems different Hospital Trusts use. We know and appreciate individual client demands and individual contractor skills and capabilities. We will not send contractors to a site which uses systems or codes specialist areas in which they have no experience and this has resulted in an excellent interview to placement ratio of almost 1:1!
